- Life coaching works with your personal strengths and weaknesses and your long-term goals. It also includes training in self-presentation at personal and public events and job interview couching.
- Relationship counseling is focused on emotional and psychological distress in relationships and parenting. We also provide counseling for proper ending of the relationship - an important and rarely offered service.
- Psychotherapy attends to your mental health, including such clinical conditions as depression, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders and more. We work with individuals (adults and teenagers), couples, and groups.
